What is Operation Black Dress?

Operation Black Dress is Safe Haven’s signature event and the Greatest Event of the year! It’s our annual program and the most popular fitness challenge ever!

Operation Black Dress is a 6 Week In depth training program to help the Roswell community Feel Beautiful, To Be STRONG and to be comfortable in their own skin.

Participants in the past have dropped 1 to 2 dress sizes in this program.

What Is Safe Haven Fitness

Safe Haven Fitness is an award winning Small Group Transformation Center for individuals who are in their 50's, 60's, and 70's. We are a safe haven for people to reach their God given potential through fitness and wellness.

We accomplish our goal by creating high reward and low risk fitness programs that erases body fat strengthens bodies, improves flexibility creates tone and energizes everything.

When does the Operation Black Dress Kick off with training?

We start August 23th.

When is the celebration event?

The celebration event will be October 7 2025.

Can I do this with a friend or family member?

Yes. We encourage you to make your fitness journey more of a community event rather than a solo act.

Do I have to be a client to do Operation Black Dress?

No you don’t have to be a client but clients do get a discount for Operation Black Dress.

What kind of workouts will you be doing?

We are doing high reward, low risk exercises that will tone arms, legs, and core.

What should I wear to the celebration event?

A black dress :-) Males can wear a black suit

What type of results should I expect?

In the past, we have found women drop 1 to 2 dress sizes as well as lose double digit weight in this program.

What kind of support should I expect with this program?

It’s too much to list here. It will be everything that you need to be successful at this event. To go over everything included with Operation Black Dress, you can schedule an appointment with us.

What if I don’t care about fitting into a dress? I just want to be pushed?

That’s fine. For some it will be just about focusing on a new challenge, for others it will be about wearing their favorite black dress. No matter your motivation, we are here to help you get to a new place fitness and wellness wise.

What is the price for the program?

The original price of the program is $697. If you sign up today it will only be $199 for the entire program. If you miss the deadline, Operation Black Dress will go back to the original $697.

What if I am out of town during the sign up phase?

No worries. Our staff can sign you up digitally and then plug you in to start your training when you get back.

What if I’ll be away during the workout?

We will provide some speciality workouts that you can do while you are away to ensure that you are staying on track with your fitness goals.

What if I wont be able to attend the event?

Although the event is a highlight for this program, rest assured that the meat and potatoes of this program is the journey and the transformation that occurs along the journey. That in itself makes Operation Black Dress worth it.

What if I want my husband to do this with me?

In the past we have had many husbands that were inspired by their wives to focus on their fitness and wellness. All husbands are welcomed to join the program and to wear a black suit to the event as well.

Can guys participate in Operation Black Dress? (What do you have for men?)

Yes for men the focus will be “Operation Black Suit” where we focus more on the things that men are interested in - shoulders, chest, arms and slim waist line.

What should I expect during the evening of the event?

There will be music, food, celebration and rewards. This is your night where you get to be a star and celebrate your achievements through the program.
